PLACEMENT OF MATERIALS IN THE CATALOGUE
REQUIREMENTS FOR LOGOTYPES:
Acceptable file formats: Adobe Illustrator, Corel PHOTO-PAINT, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW.
For logotypes made in vector packets (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.)
- All fonts must be converted to curves.
- Weight of vector lines (outlining) must not be less than 0,05 pt.
For logotypes made in other graphical (bitmapped) packets (Adobe Photoshop, Corel PHOTO-PAINT, etc.)
- The image must have resolution at least 300 dpi and size not less than 50х50 mm.
- All layers if any must be combined into one layer (background).
- The image must not contain any color profiles, masks and alfa-channels.
- Weight of contour lines must not be less than 0,25 pt.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ADVERTISING MODULES:
Acceptable file formats: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW.
For modules made in vector packets (adobe illustrator, corel draw, etc.)
- All fonts used in your publications must be converted to curves.
- All graphic (pixel) images must be fully put into the publication.
- All graphic (pixel) images must have resolution at least 300 dpi full-size.
- All graphic (pixel) and vector images must be in a CMYK polygraphic palette
- Weight of vector lines (outlining) must not be less than 0,05 pt.
- Total density of BLACK color by channels (in CMYK mode percentage sum of every channel must not be more than 280, that is C+M+Y+K = 280).
For modules made in other graphical (bitmapped) packets (adobe photoshop, corel photopaint, etc.)
- Publication must have resolution at least 300 dpi full-size.
- Publication must be in CMYK polygraphic palette.
- All layers if any must be combined into one layer (background).
- Publication must not contain any additional channel except of CMYK.
- Publication must not contain any color profiles.
- Weight of contour lines must not be less than 0,25 pt.
- Total density of BLACK color by channels (in CMYK mode percentage sum of every channel must not be more than 280, that is C+M+Y+K = 280).
Measurements of modules, “indents” and “bleed” must conform to the following scheme:
- Obligatory 5 mm bleed (this part of an advertisement will be cut).
- Size of your electronic advertisement must be 155x220 mm.

PLACEMENT OF MATERIALS ON THE WEB-SITE
All images must must be in GIF, JPEG or PNG format with resolution of 72 dpi full-size. An opportunity to publish a flash-banner must be agreed with the Directorate individually.
MATERIALS FOR BOOTH DECORATION
All images intended for cutting must be prepared only in vector in the following software packages: Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW. Images traced out of bitmap are not accepted.
- All fonts must be converted to curves.
- Weight of vector lines (outlining) must not be less than 0,05 pt.
- All colors must be chosen according to a palette ORACAL 641, otherwise we will choose equivalents from the palette ourselves.
If an image contains halftone blends, gradients, fuzzy edges, etc., then to use it ifour-color film process is required for booth decoration. For endorsement of images provided for тfilm printing please contact the Exhibition Directorate.
