Peterburgsky Samovar Festival has being held traditionally since 2007 year in frames of New Year’s Gift Exhibition. The Festival organizer is a creative association “Vigorous Life”. The Festival is held under the auspice of Committee on Culture of Saint Petersburg. This event is an important, populous and beloved of all city festival.
