the 9th Specialized Exhibition Industrial Electrotechnics and Drives-2016

Joint holding of Automation, Electronics and Instrumentation, Industrial Electrotechnics and Drives – one of the main adventures of the exhibition fall season in Saint Petersburg. Exhibitions profiles are logically linked and round each other round, which is very handy in dealing with the whole range of issues in automated industry, supporting electrotechnical manufacturing requirements involving the latest developments in the field of electronics and instrumentation. The leading Russian and foreign engineering designers and manufacturers of industrial automation systems and tools, electronic components and electrotechnical equipment have come together in the Northern Capital of Russia for networking and presentation of their products. 115 enterprises and organizations from 11 countries were displayed in the joint exposition of the Forum.

Exhibitions Automation and Industrial Electrotechnics and Drives traditionally became a platform of meeting for the manufacturers of equipment, technologies and software developers for automation and modernization of industrial enterprises of different fields. The latest novelties were presented by the exhibitors: Phoenix Contact, Simax, Promelectronics, OMRON Electronics, OVEN, Meandr, Osatek, Komtek. After several years of break the following companies are exhibiting again Elesy, Sygnetics, ТЕКО, Promsitech, Vacuummash, GlobalTest, Poligon etc.

The International level of the event was represented by the participation of such foreign companies as: TURCK, Phoenix Contact, JUMO, Samson (Germany), OMRON (Japan), ORBIT MERRET (Czech Republic), PolTraf (Poland), Dewesoft (Slovenia), Taian Zhongcheng and Yuhai Motor (China), Hua Wei Industrial (Taiwan).

The debuts of the exhibition are always of interest for the regular visitors of the trade fair. For the first time was taking part a serious player of the Automation market – ONI company (Moscow), designer and manufacturer of electric motors, frequency transformers, programmable controllers, relay, sensors, specialized software. Among debuts are: GK Energo (Ufa), ITeK BBMV (Chelyabinsk), KAIK (Krasnogiorsk, Moscow Region), Micro-DAT (Belgorod), NTZ ZMKS (Moscow), Planet-SID (Velikiy Novgorod), Sok Trade (Moscow) and MIIS, SIAL, Modern Technologies NS (Saint Petersburg).

Automation exhibition has proved once again its leadership position among Russian exhibitions in Automation and Industry for the year in 2016.

Within the frames of the conference programme the following companies seminars and presentations took place:

• ONI – trade mark ONI – the new name in the market of industrial automation.
• PROTEO ENGINEERING. Italian technologies of automation for the industrial interprises.
• OVEN – Automation novelties. Housing and Public Utilities.
• GK ENERGO – presentation of cabling and wiring products by ENERGO Group of Companies ENERGO — КуПе® wire for industrial automation and voltage cabel ИнСил® for the hazardous production facilities.

Summarizing registration results: visitor’s number of the Electronics. Instrumentation. Automation Forum amounts to 5420 from 127 cities of Russia and 18 foreign countries; 97% visitors – professionals of the industrial enterprises, engineering and design companies, students of the industry specific schools. Detailed statistics will be published at the web-sites of the exhibitions after results processing.
